Thank you for choosing 53 Printers for your custom printing needs. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Because every product we create is custom-made to your exact specifications, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on completed orders. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Custom rubber stamps
  • Yard signs and coroplast signs
  • Vinyl banners
  • Custom posters
  • EDDM postcards and mailers
  • Web design services
  • 3D printing and design services
  • Promotional items and branded merchandise
  • Any other custom-printed or custom-designed product

Why No Returns?

Each order is produced specifically for you based on the details, files, and customizations you provide during checkout. Custom products cannot be resold or restocked, which is why we are unable to accept returns once production has begun.

We strongly encourage you to review all order details carefully before submitting, including:

  • Text, spelling, and formatting on your custom products
  • Uploaded design files and artwork
  • Quantity, size, and material selections
  • Shipping address and contact information

Our Quality Guarantee

While we do not accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (not caused by information you provided), we will work with you to make it right. This may include:

  • Reprinting the order at no additional cost
  • Providing a partial or full credit toward a future order
  • Other resolution on a case-by-case basis

To report a quality issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos clearly showing the defect or error

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and get a replacement to you as soon as possible.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel your order if production has not yet started. Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled and the full amount will be charged.

Web Design Services

Web design projects are non-refundable once work has commenced. All web design packages include a consultation phase where you approve the direction before development begins. Milestone-based revisions are included in your package, but the service itself is non-refundable after the initial consultation and design work begins.
