Shipping Policy

At 53 Printers, we strive to get your custom orders to you as quickly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping and pickup options.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our location in Cypress, TX. Most orders are ready for pickup within 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed and payment is received.

  • Turnaround: 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday)
  • Cost: Free
  • Notification: You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, during regular business hours
  • What to Bring: Your order confirmation email or order number

Local pickup is the fastest way to receive your order. If you need a rush order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Shipping

We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after your order is confirmed and payment is received.

  • Processing Time: 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday)
  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days after shipment via USPS Ground Advantage
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 3-5 business days from order confirmation
  • Shipping Cost: Flat rate of $10.00 per order
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships

Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Since all of our products are custom-made to order, processing times may vary depending on the complexity of your project. If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will contact you directly via the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us for a custom quote.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Large or Oversized Orders

For large format items such as vinyl banners, large posters, or bulk orders, shipping costs and methods may differ. We will contact you before processing if additional shipping arrangements are needed. You may also choose local pickup to avoid shipping fees on oversized items.
