Design Questions
Can I order design separately from printing?
Yes — you can order design-only and receive your files to print anywhere. However, if you print with us, the design fee is reduced and you get priority turnaround.
What if I already have a logo? Can you just design my cards?
Absolutely. Send us your existing brand files and we'll match your brand on any product — cards, flyers, banners, whatever you need.
Do I own the design files?
Yes. When your project is paid in full, you own 100% of the design and all files. No licensing fees, no restrictions.
How do I submit my information for the design?
After ordering, you'll receive a design brief form asking for your business name, tagline, contact info, colors, fonts, and any specific requirements.
What if I don't like the initial concepts?
Each service includes 2 rounds of revisions. If you need more after that, additional revision rounds are $35 each. We've rarely needed more than 2.
