Product Details

Mesh banners are printed on 8oz perforated vinyl mesh that lets wind pass through, dramatically reducing the chance of tearing or hardware failure. Ideal for chain-link fences, scaffolding, construction site wraps, stadium signage, and any outdoor installation where wind is a factor. UV-resistant full-color printing holds up through Houston's summer heat and Gulf Coast storms.

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes mesh banners different from regular vinyl banners?

Mesh banners are printed on 8oz perforated vinyl that has tiny holes throughout the material. This allows wind to pass through instead of building up pressure behind the banner — which is what tears or pulls down solid vinyl banners in high-wind environments. They're the right choice for any installation on a fence, construction site, or scaffolding where sustained wind is expected.

What are mesh banners typically used for?

The most common applications are chain-link fence banners (sports fields, construction sites, school campuses), building wraps on scaffolding, stadium signage, parking lot perimeter banners, and hurricane windscreen fencing. Anywhere that a solid banner would catch wind like a sail, mesh is the safer and more durable choice.

Do mesh banners reduce image quality because of the holes?

From a normal viewing distance of 6 feet or more, the tiny perforations are invisible and the print looks solid and vibrant. Up close you can see the mesh texture, but mesh banners are designed for distance viewing — grand openings, road-front fences, building wraps — where the overall graphic impact matters, not fine detail.

What finishing options are available for mesh banners?

All mesh banners include sewn hems for edge reinforcement. You can add brass grommets (standard, every 2 feet — the most common option for zip-tie or rope mounting), choose hemmed-only if you're using a custom attachment method, or add pole pockets along the top and/or bottom for pipe or rod hanging. Pole pockets add $8.

Do you ship mesh banners to customers outside Houston?

Yes — we ship nationwide via UPS and USPS from our Cypress TX facility. Local customers in the Houston metro area (Cypress, Katy, The Woodlands, Tomball, Spring) can also choose local pickup or local delivery.

What file format should I submit for a mesh banner?

PDF is preferred — exported at full size with bleeds and at 100–150 DPI (mesh prints at lower resolution than paper). We also accept AI, PSD, PNG, and JPG. Need a design? Add our banner design service at checkout for $95 and our team will handle the artwork.
